Nothing I liked in TCS,corporate sector have professionalism but HR only don't have core object I didn't saw like this HR in my vast of experience.

Working in your organization I loss my knowledge as well as nothing I gained so I don't like tiny Subject I like.

You don't have to worry about getting fired. If you behave as per their terms, then you are safe. Even if the project is ramped down they will protect you and allocate you to another project. They have an established process for this.

Everything except job security. Major cons 1. Dress code to follow 2. Slow process and less driven culture 3. Slow promotion 4. 4% hire every 2 years

Now a day after 2019 company management is not so good.. Everyone just looking only how to treat customer.. They just ignore employees every single word. How they will work how they will survive

It’s like a government job, because of job security no one wants to lose their job

There’s a favouritism by city wise, there is no good increment even inflation rate is 10% increment is 5%, management never comes across the associates issue (family illness), every time they think that associate is lying.

Health insurance facility for employees and their families is good. Work atmosphere is good. Transport facility is also good.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal is unexpectedly bad. Few project management are not good. Aspiration for a relevent process is not give you any value cause they move you as per their choice. Some BPS project has their own politics.

Worst working culture and never recognise the talent. They will ruin the employee life by making them work and not paying single rupee hike even company Y/Y profit growth is above 10 %.

Delivery practice and other people force employee to join red support project as most of aem people not joining tcs and my all friends resigned from here due to no opportunity no salary..very bad salary in hand lots of deduction Do not join this company..no salary no hike ..very high variable pay and payout 20 percent max for seniors ..no onsite in aem now in tcs 20 percent lucky people get that with buttering....you can not choose project on bench they will decide...Read More

They are very miser.. U will not get even a cup of coffee without bringing ur own. No teams or Outlook access until u get project allocation. On Bench they will make ur life hell and allocate u any random project without making any skill set. No HR or suppprt function contact numbers are available in case of any emergency help needed and u keep on dropping mail to them.

HR Policies, Reluctance towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.
