Performance bonus they deduct lakhs of rupees in CTC and pay only 33% of our money for for no reason. In TCS, performance bonus is not dependent on employee performance neither company performance. It's depend on top management. Simply they show the amount in CTC which nowhere will be getting to employees. We will not be getting theright answer from HR. There is no proper time management to managers or leads. It's more like govt company. Who require WFH, they keep getting for silly reasons. For genuine medical resons, mid level and jr. People wont give you release if you have a dependency on you. In this way you will never learn new things with new people and process. The higher ups are just lazy and egoistic people who do not care for the company or its employees.

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.

To markets, company gives commentary that the performance is good, whereas to employees, company shares a picture that they are bleeding financially.
