They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Dislikes

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

Employment to freshers in recent time -this mind blowing great work TCS is doing .I would say it's kind of social work TCS is doing.

10 Hrs.- Working Hrs.compulsory.Eventhough employee who newly get appointment,not having tasks initially still that employee has to seat total hrs .Work pressure damages the employee 's health and employee can't be more productive if he always cries for long time work hrs.

TCS is best company for female security. Even being a mother TCS never loose my job. Always help me to grow and help me to maintain my personal and professional life

A lot of harrasment in work environment. HR is least bothered about employee satisfaction. Food quality, even drinking water is not available. Everything is bad here. Too much politics in management. Management just tortures the associates. They don't use resources according to their skill sets

Worst salary giver across industry No hybrid work culture Politics in too much visible and they all do it infront of you. Because they know Senior Management will support them. No growth with same project. Management have their favorite kids, they want them only to grow. It doesn't matter how much u work hard you will never get your dues.

Most of policies are wrong. Managers have all power who doesn't have any knowledge. No managers follow any process. Technical persons have no power.

Nothing. Lots of team politics. Doesn't matter you work hard and over time, still you will be getting b and c bands because of the team politics and bcz management wants other ppl to work by luring them with bait in terms of band which is not even proportional to their productivity hoping that they would work. Still ppl Don't work. In a team of 6-7 ppl 2-3 ppl will be doing the work of whole team while rest just give excuses of no knowledge in the problems and that is being accepted by management. There are so many management leaks, just bcz managers and leads doesn't wanna do their job of managing at right time so they also ask ppl to work who already are over burdened. They keep encouraging this careless attitude for the employees not taking responsibility and not delivering work. This is overall very demotivating for ppl who are actually working, honest and responsible. Everything: No bonus No incentives No time to work on enhancing your skills No proper training for handling stuffs No equal work distribution You are expected to forget your family and provide 24*7 support. No appreciation No rewards Hike almost none - 2-4% yearly Even if you are providing extended support and working in other ppl's shift bcz of their lack in learning, you are blamed for not being glued to your phone 24*7 in off time And even then there is no appreciation acknowledgement, rather you are blamed. Ppl eat your credit, asks for help all the time, most of their work is done by spoon feeding from you and even then they go behind your back to your managers completely discrediting you by which the managers even get influenced. No hierarchy followed for learning and senior - junior relationship. Managers keep encouraging no work attitude from juniors and ppl who join team afterwards. Work life balance is critical because there are 4 rotational shift and very frequently changes. Salary is poor other than other company, here decrease my skill and after your given 100% effort you can't expect a good promotion due to office politics.

This is my first job I am so happy when I joined and learned skills , improved my self and I like the policy, work life balance, opportunity to meet people with well knowledge, experience . I like the respective towards women and they care employees ,their health I am Missing tcs environment . overall well and good.
