Less than 40% variable always Low Appraisals No promotion Full politics, every one will introduce him/her self like I have xx years in TCS, overall experience won't matter compared to TCS experience after joining.

I can say that TCS is one the best company. Carrer begging stage it is not correct any freshers and below five years of experience candidates. It's my opinion only.

Some projects are seriously very bad for customer support. They are not release from current not project this is mazar risk only here. They is no work balance and no freedom every 10 hours above login time.

very very old projects with older versions of technology, no improvement in skills from projectwise. rating will play the major role here, they will give 4+ rating and band will be C or D least rating. so much of politics in hike.

They are very miser.. U will not get even a cup of coffee without bringing ur own. No teams or Outlook access until u get project allocation. On Bench they will make ur life hell and allocate u any random project without making any skill set. No HR or suppprt function contact numbers are available in case of any emergency help needed and u keep on dropping mail to them.

HR Policies, Reluctance towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.

TCS is a good organization. We can develop our skills , if we are working in projects as developer, and job security and culture is also stable.

The cons for this company is mainly salary and promotions. Salary will get increase 7% only if got 'A' rating also. Promotions will come based on colabaration with the managers and project.

No likes I've been stich in this company, this kind of sucks. They don't give you proper hike not even 10per for a year. No fecility in office, no tea or coffee vending machine, it's like 3 machine for 14 story office building at itpl banglore. No tissue paper in toilet. But they want you to work from office
