I would like to again join Tata Consultancy Services but as per my knowledge they will not be hiring again their old employees once they have resigned that only one thing is making me upset.

TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

Appraisal and recommendations are not satisfactory. India's inflation rate starts at 8% hence if yearly appraisal is below 5% then we are not even beating the inflation with our hike which is a pain at TCS

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

Working with TCS is great experience but the project to which I have worked the managers are too toxic. They won't give respect to other health, they force the associates to report to office even on sick leave.

Mangers toxic nature. Least respect to the associates. Iam not telling that every manager is like that in TCS but my projects managers are like that.

Biggest drawback of the company is no-rehiring policy this policy refrains pulling back the employees who have left the organisation and want to rejoin the organisation I wish if this policy would be abrogated I would be very happy to rejoin. Salary increment is quite slow in pace that is again a pain point it could get little better.

I likes about the TCS is good work culture, low work pressure, work-life balance, lots of opportunities to learn and the most job security.

It feels good working at TCS. The work culture is good, with low work pressure and lots to learn but the salary increament as per the seniority and role is low. If the salary is justified as per the seniority or designation, I would never left TCS.

HR Policies, Reluctance towards upkilling, blind-eye towards employee ambition and career objectives. The biggest minus point is the salary which goes complete unrevised since a long time. Promotion and appraisal are very marginal.

TCS is a good organization. We can develop our skills , if we are working in projects as developer, and job security and culture is also stable.

The cons for this company is mainly salary and promotions. Salary will get increase 7% only if got 'A' rating also. Promotions will come based on colabaration with the managers and project.

No likes I've been stich in this company, this kind of sucks. They don't give you proper hike not even 10per for a year. No fecility in office, no tea or coffee vending machine, it's like 3 machine for 14 story office building at itpl banglore. No tissue paper in toilet. But they want you to work from office

Performance bonus they deduct lakhs of rupees in CTC and pay only 33% of our money for for no reason. In TCS, performance bonus is not dependent on employee performance neither company performance. It's depend on top management. Simply they show the amount in CTC which nowhere will be getting to employees. We will not be getting theright answer from HR. There is no proper time management to managers or leads. It's more like govt company. Who require WFH, they keep getting for silly reasons. For genuine medical resons, mid level and jr. I would never advise any young job seeker to work in such an institution. The experience I had with TCS was horrible and it had an adverse effect on my life. I was shocked at the company's behaviour regarding their female employee's well-being, as I never expected this out of such an esteemed and respected foundation like TATA.
