Not recommended this mumbai tcs spl olympus location. if you experience you can find out another good organization. This rules and regulations totally different. My previously key skills is different they are giving me diff work and that is not useful. Only copy paste work no one cares your. No value in this organisation.

Do not join TCS Internal IT unit ever, very fraud management and RSDO for Delhi Branch, they are poison for Employees. Specially Subir Mukherjee, Ajita Varma, Rachit Goel. They will bite you like snake, never join this unit. After completing their work, they will never identify who are you, toxic work environment and no growth at all.

Very stingy management Employees get only salary but no goodies, team lunches or sponsored celebrations. Laptops given are poor in condition to many and warranty of the laptops are not tracked properly. Employees are forced to pay for any damage even for a 2 year old laptop

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

In TCS you have flexibility....you can choose projects, reject projects, learn lot of things through various learning platforms. Though during project, sometimes managing learning is an uphill task. Low salaries for long timers is a big drawback. It boasts of being agile but does not use agile for running its own day to day operations. Resourcing is in a big time mess, people working on project have to invest a lot of time in resourcing, there's no dedicated team within the projects ( even projects as large as with 300 people). Quarterly bonus is almost certain to be zero at 12+ yr experience levels. Old school mentality still exists in TCS, where wearing Jeans is a crime on weekdays. The cons for this company is mainly salary and promotions. Salary will get increase 7% only if got 'A' rating also. Promotions will come based on colabaration with the managers and project.

No likes I've been stich in this company, this kind of sucks. They don't give you proper hike not even 10per for a year. No fecility in office, no tea or coffee vending machine, it's like 3 machine for 14 story office building at itpl banglore. No tissue paper in toilet. But they want you to work from office

Performance bonus they deduct lakhs of rupees in CTC and pay only 33% of our money for for no reason. In TCS, performance bonus is not dependent on employee performance neither company performance. It's depend on top management. Simply they show the amount in CTC which nowhere will be getting to employees. We will not be getting theright answer from HR. There is no proper time management to managers or leads. It's more like govt company. Who require WFH, they keep getting for silly reasons. For genuine medical resons, mid level and jr. I would never advise any young job seeker to work in such an institution. The experience I had with TCS was horrible and it had an adverse effect on my life. I was shocked at the company's behaviour regarding their female employee's well-being, as I never expected this out of such an esteemed and respected foundation like TATA.
