- The Medical Benefits are extremely competitive and the best in the market. - Job is secured and recession or lack of projects don't impact an employee's career cycle.

- No Work - Life balance. - Promotion and Growth are all lies and the appraisal system sucks! Only the one who can best lure their supervisor will be recognised sooner. - No hybrid or wfh facility and despite a 10 hour work schedule, the management expects and creates situations where the employee ends up working long hours or continue to work from home after the 10 hour shift. - Lot of opportunities to self learn but you will never get the time to invest in it, but the management will make sure to mark you down on this aspect during appraisals. - Whether its covid or tsunami, no work from home!!...Read More

They are taking new hired with good salary but not willing to give that salary to the person who is loyal and working from 10 years. Policy need to be change for the employees who give there 10 years to the company.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.

Middle management is worst and hrs are also supporting them instead of maintain ethics. All units are not bad but if got selected in SGB-BFSI insurance domain unit your life getting worse. Be aware while joining project avoid sgb product parent domain.

I really like the work culture and support from manager. And they gives us more time to enhance new technology. I have to say one word it's one of the best platform to work-life balance and job security. If they are provide me 50% hike I never ever left the TCS because as per my experience I received very low package and everytime I was felt underpaid.
