Expected much from TCS, the way TCS handling it's talent ,that too Freshers is terrible. No respect for the hard work an associate is doing. Opportunities are ample, but only those that are favourable to Mid level leaders will get those. Career growth and confidence of an associate towards his/her career is very flat.
