I had worked with Startek for 3 months. The company is having the worst management Jayshree HR manager and Suman Datta operation manager! They forced me to leave the organisation without any notice or without any proper warning! They are taking the biased approach towards the employees!

Job security is 💯% they don't kick out people easily even when they do blunder. If you're TL and above, salary will hit your account without any delay

If you're hard-working. It won't work there. Managers need followers who smoke with them and discuss chit-chat. They keep on burdening you with work & night shifts unless you say no. No appraisal, no matter of your hardwork Manager isn't aware how you work even when your assistant manager is appreciating 😅😅

1. No Work Life balance. 2. No Learning Guidance / Mentoring at all levels 4. Long working HRS. 5.No Paternity Benefits or Maternity benefits. 6. No Perks and benefits, what ever an employee gets is just salary. 7. No appraisal for agents level population only lead and above. 8. Max appraisals hike for top rating varies from 3~6% PAonly . 9. No Infrastructure or reimbursement provided in WFM model. 10. No Transportation for associate or at any level. 11. Cafeteria and food needs major Revamp. 12. Unclean Washrooms feels like public toilet. 13. Leadership lacks vision and goals to drive their people towards achieving it. 14. Dynamic changes take place without discussions and heads-up however expected to drive it without proper guidance or glidepath to drive the changes. 15.
