Managers in project are biased. Deliberately distributes job wrongly on Team Leaders without doing their own job. Team Leaders here has very less opportunities to learn or upgrade themselves as throughout the day they only need to audit ( QA job ), followup of completion of different modules and PKT ( Trainers job ). They don't get feasible opportunities to create connect with Team members or conduct planned session for performance management or review people even after spending more than 10 hrs in office due to wrong distribution of job. Managers behaviors are highly unprofessional as they don't have ability to plan things and utilize the supporting department of Training and Quality for proper output resulting to high-level dissatisfied TLs and Associates. The total atmosphere was terrific. No management quality and no proper hr team as well . Total journey of mine was disgusting. Management team was specially responsible for all the nonsense sit happen inside the office and The hr heads oh my goodness . I NEVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO STARTEK AND JOIN STARTEK

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

Okey so i worked in berger process, i do not have any kind of knowledge about other process but in berger new employee will face partiality in every steps , tls are illiterate they do not have proper manners,how to behave with employees there is no likes about berger process But one suggestions for startek management system please upgrade tls educational qualifications at least "graduation"
