Okey so i worked in berger process, i do not have any kind of knowledge about other process but in berger new employee will face partiality in every steps , tls are illiterate they do not have proper manners,how to behave with employees there is no likes about berger process But one suggestions for startek management system please upgrade tls educational qualifications at least "graduation"

When Office (Startek) "Rules" Only Apply to Some So, fun fact: I was recently sacked from my job for apparently violating company policies by posting a harmless Instagram reel from the office premises—wearing my office tag (because hey, I like being on-brand ). But here’s the kicker. The HR queen AISHI CHAKRABORTY who brought up my “violation” is still happily employed, despite her own Facebook photos and reels taken from—you guessed it—the same office wearing the same office tag. Company is very good but (Worst experience with company staff )company is good at its place but what I think that staff of company like assistant manager , supervisor, OM and ,TL's are the bodies who make company and represents it but management of some processes are very bad .

In some process like Zomato one of them 90% management are unresponsive even not supportive while I woked in flipkart approx 5 month in startek whole management is very professional and responsive they support each other like family but some processes management are worst in startek the company should worked on it

Worst and the most toxic oranganisation to ever work with. They force their employees to do overtime everyday. They will not give you off on friday forget about sunday and saturday. You can not take a day off on your festivals, the managers are even more toxic inhumane

Never ever opt to work at startek, they do not have proper work culture they will terminate you without proper reasons and they'll keep you occupied even after you 8 working hours and HR will only give you excuses for everything also there Salary is one of the lowest in the industry and there is no scope for promotions as well.

No promotions, no management . Everything is worst in this organisation. If you will try to reach out to any senior they will directly say I am not responsible talk to that person blaahhh blaahhh . Everyday someone will resign from the company suddenly you will get to know ok this HR left the company ok this ÔM left .they will take your incentives too

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

Management skills of managers are poor except few, it's a one year job as processes are getting ramp down, Eureka Forbes Limited then, Dish TV, now one of their Premium process Flipkart. No job security even if you try enough with all of your corporate survival skills.
