Sitel (Foundever) is great company for both freshers and experienced. People are good. It is like a Family. They are very very professional. Very understandable TL's. I've been very grateful of what I received from this company. Happy to be work here.

Dislikes

For me: Traveling time from Kundrathur to Taramani is very long. Almost 1hr30 min or 2 hrs of traveling. Other than that there is no dislike. However FIY: Liked very much: 2 way cab is provided. It is not point to point. From home to office and from office to home in all shifts. So there is no dislike in this company. Great place to work.

I worked at Sitel for 12months. Nothing was good working there.

Dislikes

I have resigned from the organisation after 12months. They didn't provide me my relieving letter. After waiting for around 6 months I have received my relieving letter. When I asked what was the reason they told that my TL has not raised my attrition. This was so torturing I have wasted my 6months waiting for my relieving.

Using agents as a robot. Work pressure. Not allowing to take breaks. tough work life and no time for personal life. Pressuring agents to work more and more like robots. No preferred weekoff or leaves provided. Unprofessional process.
