I can't tell one dislike 1000 of dislike there is no appriciation for the employee they will decide someone and they present them as role model that's really pathetic here because everyone getting paid for their work. Leave providing very very bad if you admitted in hospital you need to provide proof for sick leave, i strongly believe they won't even care about our health and mental health they just want us to work. Mainly they do what client needs not even consult the employee for changes and they don't even give training for the change they just tell do especially if your in tech team you need to have all knowledge like sales, voice everything you need to do get paid low but getting work is more worst employee take caring in this company. Things I liked was, we had a amazing floor with carrom and Television as it was chat process, got to make many friends and the Manager was supportive in fun work culture thing.

There was no increment after 6 months or not even after a year, no support in terms of growth from management, the system we were using was lagging everyday which ruined the mood to work or solve customer issue. Foundever sitel says Drug free company meanwhile walk out the door and you see 80% people smoking in smoking zone, I also spotted gutka wrappers in toilets and also heard employees that were carrying drugs. Canteen food is the worst with high price. Also the canteen is made an award ceremony hall in every 3 months coz of which employees face issue having food for whole day.
