Everything. Women security is a joke here. Sick leave is a total mess, you need medical record to prove n take leave, even then they minus if from comp off or CL. If SL is taken without medical record it is unplanned absence. I have my 12 days of SL intact while it is almost year end. They think all possible ways to decline your PL or CL. Complaints are waste of time, those who complain gets terminated or changed to different team but the person on whom complaint was made stays happy n secured. I am giving stars only because company was too good while I joined but not anymore. Incentive stopped. No proper hike,some changes are made to payslip details n they say it's hike. This is made in such way that even after years I didn't get medical insurance and am still in esi level. Toxic work place, your efforts are not enough, profit matters more sales even if cx has technical issue. They try hard not to get you promotion. JUST don't join here. You have to purely bend to higher authority, so you will get Saturday and Sunday off. Others don't get these and always get offs on weekdays only when there is no to less work. I can't tell one dislike 1000 of dislike there is no appriciation for the employee they will decide someone and they present them as role model that's really pathetic here because everyone getting paid for their work. Leave providing very very bad if you admitted in hospital you need to provide proof for sick leave, i strongly believe they won't even care about our health and mental health they just want us to work. Mainly they do what client needs not even consult the employee for changes and they don't even give training for the change they just tell do especially if your in tech team you need to have all knowledge like sales, voice everything you need to do get paid low but getting work is more worst employee take caring in this company.
