I liked the job but was not allowed to perform.

I was recruited with lot of premises and assurance for future. But the work floor is worst than hell. The heads behave like animals and they are here to destroy the young ones future and was one of them.

The management is disgusting there are useless and not at all helpful it’s just one of those companies that tricks the employees and most of the team leaders are scared as they just want to make money no one has guts to speak and stand for themselves I feel sad for them also I pity them . Sitel is a BPO . Good Mentors. Training. WFH. Overall, Working is not that great in this organization. 9 hours - rotational shift is very tiring. Shifts change almost every week and hence no work life balance. WFH is a benefit. Salary is very less. Your CTC is just 160000pa without benefits. It takes alot of effort to earn the variable incentives. Many high targets to achieve like RPC, CSAT, C2C, Performance,etc ...It's very difficult to manage all the parameters when everything depends on the mood of the customer. Customers usually call for resolution when they are already in problem and We need to resolve their issues and also get a good rating from them. Working in a fast paced environment and dealing with international customers is something very unique and much more helpful in terms of experience and communication .

There will be much more pressure in terms of targets which needs to be achieved and these pressures might be huge level of stress on your everyday mental health depending on each individual .

Managers think they are god's. Unfortunately what they dont know is that they're just uneducated buffoons who can't do better in any other field due to which they are stuck in a BPO. Also do let the apparent managers know the difference between a process manager and a general manager cause they apparently think otherwise.

I was working as a Virtual Relationship Manager at sitel Mumbai. Sitel has amazing work culture and they have average incentive structure loved working here. It is one of the best companies I have worked till date.

Work environment is great even though it was virtual, Management and TLs were really supportive, Sitel encourages and Supports female employees and treat them equal. For freshers it’s the best place to start their career.

The job is quite interesting! The training was awesome. I learnt everything in the process. I got a chance to be recognised several times like RNR and All star. My team leaders managers and team mates were always supportive and helpful.
