Sitel as a company is good but there many criteria for growth which is not so easy... there is no growth for some of the process... i like the interior of sitel as it is design ver cool.

Less pay. very very less pay.. They should understand employee doing night shift are exploiting there health and have to pay a price later. Not a strict follower of rules. Friendly company, No outing by the company . 2 day's weekly off is your only respite. crowd here is unprofessional. Transport system is bizarre. its like a free govt transport

Managers are so good but they pay very less salry in night shift also...so for a freshers if they need any exp in bpo then ill say sitel would be better one to take a exp its a good company but no growth no incremnt.....im sory i did work over der...but dat is truth wht i have seen.
