Sitel was my second company in my career. Work environment is great there, team leaders and other hierarchy was just awesome, ER mahalaxmi, HR leena, com trainer Adil, Process trainer Vikas, team leader Asif, process owner Prashanth, floor manager prashanth...QA carlton burns...it was fabouls.. I still remember whole team, though it's been almost 7 years now. I learnt a lot in terms of technical support of ISP and customer service both....Read More

I was working as a customer service executive in Bell Canada French. I had worked in the technical team of Dell also. Work wasn't too hectic a little bit of sales pressure was there but it also made me more competitive.
