Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I really like my company because I have so many reasons as in company has open door policy where I don’t have to think before approaching anyone hire moreover company atmosphere is also very good and friendly I have more words to put here but still my words will not be enough to write about my company.

Sitel doesn't treat there employees well. We don't have authority to take our leaves as per we want. They don't allow any emergency leave or sick leave and if you have any emergency and if you take a day off they will cut your whole incentives for a month. They ask for doctors appointment if you are sick. They force you to do overtime. Work culture and employee experience is so bad. I am working here only because I need the job. It’s very bad company and their HR Sarthak pillai is soo rude as he harasses the new employees no one is their to help you overall experience very bad and very bad staff they abusses and blackmails that they will blacklist us if we say anything to them
