Everything. Women security is a joke here. Sick leave is a total mess, you need medical record to prove n take leave, even then they minus if from comp off or CL. If SL is taken without medical record it is unplanned absence. I have my 12 days of SL intact while it is almost year end. They think all possible ways to decline your PL or CL. Complaints are waste of time, those who complain gets terminated or changed to different team but the person on whom complaint was made stays happy n secured. I am giving stars only because company was too good while I joined but not anymore. Incentive stopped. No proper hike,some changes are made to payslip details n they say it's hike. This is made in such way that even after years I didn't get medical insurance and am still in esi level. Toxic work place, your efforts are not enough, profit matters more sales even if cx has technical issue. They try hard not to get you promotion. JUST don't join here. You have to purely bend to higher authority, so you will get Saturday and Sunday off. Others don't get these and always get offs on weekdays only when there is no to less work. When you are bachelor or unmarried, your preference doesn't matter. They say married PPL deserve those preference....Read More

You will be treated like a STARKID until you complete your TRAINING from their REALITY COMES into the picture , what i really like about working here i found my VALUE and it helped me leaving this toxic environment

FOUNDEVER is a company where employees will be treat like Sh***t, they pay you they will make your work like you are robots, YOU are the REASON they are getting paid by their CLIENTS, YOU are the FIRST FACE to the customer, YOU are responsible for any mistake happened, YOUR work will go on TOSS if something happened even if its not YOUR mistake YOU have to face meetings, THEY will not listen to you at all if you bring a detractor (meaning:bad survey) YOU are Responsible for all parameters, IF you think of leaving the organisation their faces and opinion towards you will change in fraction of seconds they will not speak to you or talk to you nicely even after you worked whole heartedly during your tenurity, I personally suggest DO NOT APPLY if you already joined and its been less than a month LEAVE you'll be HAPPY , in TRAINING you'll love the company because they KEPT BEST TRAINER With Best Jokes & Best Humor once your TRAINING is done you are NO ONE , you will be the Jacka*s once you hit PRODUCTION FLOOR, your BREAKS are Questioned , Your LOG IN hours are Questioned, YOU will be chosed for Pole Dancing to welcome clients if they Visit so that you show them you are HAPPY you will be asked to not speak anything BAD about anything when there is a client visit, YOU will be asked to focus at work if they come, SOMEBODY will be handpicked that too on their CONVENIENCE so that you DANCE for CLIENT so they become HAPPY, NO TEAM ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES during your tenurity YOU WILL WORK LIKE A SL*VE AND QUESTIONED ABOUT YOUR WORK IN YOU WHOLE SHIFT, SHIFT ENDS YOU NEED TO GO HOME NO CHANCE TO SPEAK TO YOUR MANAGEMENT NOBODY WILL LISTEN OR AMEND ON ANYTHING IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE OR DOESNT LIKE SOMETHING IN OTHER WORDS THEY DONT CARE S**HIT ABOUT YOU / YOUR GOALS / YOUR CAREER / YOUR HAPPINESS / YOUR HEALTH / NO approvals on Medical Leaves you will be questioned about MEDICAL DOCUMENTS, they say you have medical insurance but no guidance how to claim it, they say you will have best Team Leader , a TEAM LEADER who doesnt know anything about PROCESS just dependent on S.M.E (who is trained for the process) T.L will not consider you , They will only consider your log in hours, Poor S.M.E's they arr paid lesser than customer support agent but they are assigned to assit 20 agents in one day, please be good with them , I'm not saying you guys NOT TO JOIN, all i'm saying this if you REALLY LOVE YOURSELF ??? The canteen, the facility are all excellent, equal to any MNC. There's a lot of wonderful people who work here, some of whom are my friends now.

The company promises 3 hour prior pickup on shift but in reality, it is 3:45 or 4 hours earlier, where the company cab becomes a bus. As a result, one only goes to work and returns. The work that we do is amazing, especially everyone on the client side at An*P*an. Our work involves lots of hardcore technical troubleshooting. One of a kind process for any BPO! It's sort of an L1 engineer's work.

EVERYTHING! The culture, the pay, office politics, management. They take employees for granted and the manager Nagraj has no sense on how to speak with the employees. He has an affair in the account with a girl and due to her takes all the other employees in the account for a ride. The HR is also involved in it and knows this well. His manager's are also aware but take no action since he recently got promoted to a director and took an exit from the account. They take employee's personal life and health as a joke! Worst work environment, people setup meetings to be postponed and after certain period are canceled. No proper SOP. No proper handovers for newly joined employees. Worst IT Services, worst Admin Services. No space in office to sit and work. Newly joined employees are targeted badly and only feedback are given. Management doesn't have ears to hear problem of newly joined employees, instead they are told that old employees are gift. By saying this Management silences the voice of newly joined employees and tells that they are highly partial and in favor of old employees and they are not concerned with what happens with newly joined employees. This also tells that how management is not concerned about flaws in process. It becomes easy for old employees to hide the things. Also close the doors for better change in future. No one enjoys dealing with poor management, office politics, and a lack of career advancement opportunities. There are no incentives, bonuses, or recognition, and our salary is only deducted from it.

Dislikes

There is no job security or give-and-take policy, and there is no appreciation at all. All dislikes are just a waste of time here. They manipulate everything and only do things for show. Additionally, they manipulate the internal job posting scores and positions are already fixed for certain people.
