I loved to work at serco (SBI customer care). They use latest technology for training and on floor device. Good work culture, supporting staff to explore your potential, clear appraisal policy so talent get platform for development and outshine.

Dislikes

You need to know different team leaders besides own, so you can understand behaviour techniques and use own decision making vs blindly follow others.

Attend sbi customer care calls, provide solutions eg balance enquiry, block cards, any other account related problems.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
