There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Employee get good opportunities to work with different client role. In US insurance organization they maintained the quality standard. Punctuality and seriousness of working skill get while working for RSP.

Dislikes

The management and culture of RSP is too worst. They just care about there clients, they don't care about the employees. The lower level employees problems are not reaching till top management to get resolve. HR department are only for recruitment, not to resolve the issue of employee. 0% appreciation module.
