Engineer - IT Operations (4-8 yrs)

Principal Responsibilities :

Job Title : Engineer, Technology Operation

Responsibility Area :

1. Customer Support & Troubleshooting (40%) :

- Review escalated network support tickets and handle the network troubleshooting.

- Follow network procedures to resolve network related issues in a timely and efficient manner, within agreed upon SLAs.

- Escalate unresolved network related issues to the Network Supervisor.

- Assist with new client integration and testing to ensure stable and fast connection to their client.

2. Network Operation (20%) :

- Follow networking procedures to perform day-to-day operational activities to maintain the stability of the ReSourcePro networking infrastructure and connectivity to clients, including routine preventive measures and necessary network configuration backup on time.

3. Network Performance and Security (20%) :

Monitor & assess the daily network performance, availability, and security to proactively discover and resolve issues and support the ISO 27001 security monitoring objectives.

4. Technology Implementation and Training (20%) :

- Provide support in evaluating and implementing network technologies under the supervision of the Supervisor.

- Install, configure, evaluate and document LAN, WAN, and internet technologies to meet business network initiatives.

- Provide support in conducting network knowledge training and contribute to knowledge management process.

- Knowledge & hands on of Routing Protocols OSPF & BGP & T-shoot

- Hands on Route map/ACL/NAT/Object Group

- Good Understanding of Cisco Technology & IOS & Wifi Technology

- Working Experience of WLC & Cisco L3 Devices (ASA/Fire Power/Router)

- Good understanding of VPN Technology and service.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education Background : Major Computer Science or IT related Degree Bachelor

Licenses/Certificates : CCNP certification in Routing and Switches preferred

Working Experience : Minimum 2year of IT networking experience

Competencies, Skills and Behaviors :

- Knowledge of Networks, Cisco network experience & T-shoot, Client IT Support

- Problem solving skills,

- Good English skills (verbal and written)

- Customer Service skills
