I would like to raise some concerns regarding the recent appraisal process and the overall structure of salary and benefits. Firstly, the appraisal felt lacking in transparency and clarity. There was little communication about the specific criteria used for evaluation, and as a result, it was difficult to understand how certain decisions were made. This lack of clear guidelines has left me feeling undervalued and uncertain about my growth within the company. Additionally, the compensation and benefits package does not seem competitive compared to industry standards. It is a great place to work if you like to keep on learning and update yourself with new technologies as it provides an internal platform for same and emphasis on learning. Overall performance evaluation metrics needs to be reviewed. The process is pretty complex and not relative to each and every project. They are pretty demanding and particular in various weekly/ monthly work related documentation which is very time consuming and manual effort work, not efficient at all.

Company culture is good and other factors depends on which team you are working with, in my case it is very difficult to grow due to the manager and team leader.

Dislikes

Management is totally deaf they totally depend on the managers who don't pass on the actual problems of employees. HR team behaves as dictators there comunication is too rude with the employees.

Nothing to dislike but few points to point 1.Work load is high in some projects which leads to work on weekends. 2. Promotion/Increment cycle is not as per the Company policy. Employees may face delay in the increment cycle. Rest all is Good👍

Huge Delay in apraisal 10 month min some time more and higher job band took two years in apraisal.

Huge delay in appraisal process 10 month is minimum sometime take more than if job band is higher then it will take 2 years in the apraisal.
