What You'll Do:

- Own Product Vision: Define the roadmap, set priorities, and ensure product delivery.

- Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to break down business needs into actionable stories.

- Design Functional Specs: Deliver detailed user stories and functional designs to guide the development team.

- Manage Backlog: Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes to maximize product impact.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and UX teams to deliver seamless product experiences.

- Represent Users: Continuously gather feedback to ensure the product solves real problems.

What We're Looking For:

- 4-8 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.

- Experience with B2B or enterprise applications (preferred).

- Strong in backlog management using tools like Jira/Confluence.

- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum practices.

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

- Focus on outcomes, metrics, and continuous improvement.
