I would like to raise some concerns regarding the recent appraisal process and the overall structure of salary and benefits. Firstly, the appraisal felt lacking in transparency and clarity. There was little communication about the specific criteria used for evaluation, and as a result, it was difficult to understand how certain decisions were made. This lack of clear guidelines has left me feeling undervalued and uncertain about my growth within the company. Additionally, the compensation and benefits package does not seem competitive compared to industry standards. There has been little adjustment in salary despite increased responsibilities and contributions. It provides a good work life balance environment and a sense of job security if you work with in the organizational processes and guidelines. It is a great place to work if you like to keep on learning and update yourself with new technologies as it provides an internal platform for same and emphasis on learning. Appraisal and promotion process is not streamlined and transparent though and they need to improve on same. HR activities and administration is something to be applauded for sure....Read More

Dislikes

Overall performance evaluation metrics needs to be reviewed. The process is pretty complex and not relative to each and every project. They are pretty demanding and particular in various weekly/ monthly work related documentation which is very time consuming and manual effort work, not efficient at all.
