Fulcrum Digital - Product Owner (5-8 yrs)

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, translating the product vision into actionable user stories, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will prioritize features based on impact, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide the development team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Translate business objectives into clear and measurable product goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog.

Agile Practices:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g , Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).

- Promote and champion Agile principles and best practices within the team.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Scrum team.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

- Elicit, analyze, and document user needs and requirements.

- Create and maintain user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g , customers, designers, marketing) to gather feedback and refine product requirements.

Sprint Execution & Delivery:

- Define sprint goals and ensure the team understands the sprint objectives.

- Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve blockers.

- Ensure the team delivers high-quality products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate product updates, progress, and roadblocks to stakeholders effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

- Present product updates to senior management and other key decision-makers.

Team Leadership & Coaching:

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices.

- Guide and support the team's professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's & master's degree in business administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner in an enterprise SaaS/cloud platform or similar environment.

- Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g , Jira).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

- Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)) preferred
