I worked with them as Senior Recruiter in mid of 2022 and found it an average company. They have good skill development training’s and had a good work culture. Managerial staff was very supportive and ready to solve employees issues

Dislikes

There are dislikes more from my end as I don’t like there way of identifying performance even there is many conflicts from their own. Manager wants to help you but he cannot as HR is sitting on his head, their client performs worse in case of onboarding candidates and at last the fault is from recruiter side which they will considerwith a evil smile. Timely salary, supportive team and colleagues. Your progress will be tracked every day and every week, based on your client. If you are someone who is regular and diligent this is good place for you. Flexible work hours, recognition and appreciation to your work. Good number of interesting projects. Notice period is 3 months and no buyout. So keep an eye for this.

Dislikes

Poor operational team, it takes months to resolve your queries, no support if you face any issues regarding any internal processes. Its almost as if there is no HR team once you onboarded to the team. If you are okay bearing the frustation of having issues related to insurance, flexi benefits go unresolved for months, go ahead join here.

They have given some good trainings thats all about good side of Xoriant.

Dislikes

I worked there 3 years and one thing I can give assurance is very low job security. The projects are volatile, you might be a good performer but still you might get released due to budget issues. Promotion and appraisals are very bad. Even if you get good ratings continuously you will have adjust 3 - 5% hike. There is no work culture in the company unless your in Pune office

The Hybrid model is great. Helps in balancing the office and home hours. There is no micromanaging of resources during office hours. Some seniors are very polite and ready to help.

Dislikes

The work culture has drastically changed. Since past year it has been chaotic, and they might force you to work after hours and even on weekends without promising a fair compensation for that. The "project/client" is given way too importance than their own team members. There is no transparency between the management and the employees.
