Good learning opportunities if you are in project

Dislikes

Management will force you to work long hrs. They don't care about employees even they are sick, only they cares about their clients and project deadline. They will will take project with short deadlines and will force employees to work overnight like a robot.

No Job security No intimation on organisational changes HR department is not good. No hike and promotion Work location is not okay for everyone. No R&R for Enabling team for every quarter.

They are fraud. I appeared for the interview, there were total 3 rounds. Hr informed me that I have cleared all the rounds and they will release the offer Lett in few days. I called Hr 2-3 days after to know about position. She informed that someone else has joined. I would highly recommend do not appear for the interview it's one of the worst company.

Worst company with worst environment, worst management ever with poor quality of work. They only get projects that are not rejected / not accepted by any company. Do not choose this company as they might use you to train freshers and can through any one out at any point of time.

SLK Software offers good learning opportunities for growing professionals, some good projects n clients help in skill development with new technologies. Infrastructure is quite decent in terms of set up and quality. But management's attitude, behaviour, mindset is pathetic. Some senior managers are poor in doing their job of managing projects n resources well. Promotions and salary hikes are very poor. Bad politics by senior management. Notoriously prevalent politics, bias, favouritism, corruption at management level. Favourite employees n pet employees are treated with great care n reward, whereas honest, hard working mid level senior employees n below are ignored and not rewarded deservingly. Organization policies are not uniformly enforced for employees across full hierarchy, and rules are broken/bent for pet employees and rules are implemented very strictly for others.
