If you are lucky to find a good project. Its a win-win situation as company is investing heavily on trainings this year. No micromanagement Leave policy is superb Annual events -Too many and too much time waste -For those who are looking for a chill enviornment company, you know where to apply They will hire you with good negotiation. (Shoot your best shot here)

Company culture recently became bit shady. Even tenure members who have put their sweat and blood from past 10-15 years are looking for change now. Poor allocation of resources. More than 80 % of the workforce is not relevant to their projects and are underutilized. Remaining 20% are underpaid and overburdened with multiple projects. Organization always prioritizing few faces in all company events. Leaders are not connecting frequently with individuals about their growth. Appraisals are Jokes 2024 ( Management mentioned they diverted this budget for Upskilling, but the irony is that they have almost doubled workload for every aspirational employee, leaving no time for Upskilling) Future of Allianz Technology from here seems Dark. What used to "Employee friendly" is no more friendly....Read More

They have invented a new way of ghosting employees. They took 3 rounds of interview,and now saying that they are filing the position internally. I was interviewed by the CDO herself. what sort of communication is happening in the company if CDO is not keen about how to proceed with the position. I have never seen a behaviour like this in my 10 years career in IT. They are not acting like a good employer. I know my review will not impact their working style but just putting it here ,may be if someone have double thoughts he/she can decide with their behaviour....Read More
