⚠️ Honest Feedback About Tietoevry India – Please Read Before Trusting the Hype We were recruited by Tietoevry India back in 2022 through campus placements, with the promise of onboarding shortly after graduation. It’s now 2025, I got my joining date in April 25 but I was not accepted and many of us are still waiting—with no official joining date, no clarity, and no accountability from the company. Despite constant follow-ups, all we received were delays, silence, or vague assurances. Many of us declined other job offers, believing in the promises made by Tietoevry's HR team during the recruitment process. The result? Careers on hold, financial stress, and years of uncertainty. 🙄 False Recognition Raises Serious Questions In the middle of all this, we were shocked to see AmbitionBox featuring Tietoevry with positive reviews, recognitions, and awards. > How can a company that has left hundreds of freshers in limbo still be celebrated publicly? If these recognitions are given without verifying ground realities, it questions the credibility of AmbitionBox itself. Many of us have reasons to believe that Tietoevry may be using third-party practices to maintain a good image online—but the truth must come out. 📢 HR and Leadership Who Misled Us The following individuals were directly involved in the recruitment and post-selection communication:(who is working they easily guess the name) i don't want like them to revil their name publically but karma will hit them back . But I believe people should know the truth about how poorly this company handled the future of so many young graduates. I’ve been in this profession for many years, but I’ve never come across a company as unprofessional and mismanaged as this one. What’s happening here is not just poor administration—it’s a complete lack of humanity and equality, two values that should form the foundation of any workplace.

This company has become nothing short of a death trap for fresh graduates. Young professionals join with dreams and aspirations, but I’ve personally witnessed many lives being destroyed due to the company’s mismanagement and toxic internal culture. The favoritism between North and South India is blatantly visible—mainly driven by a few so-called "directors" who have been sitting in the company for years without possessing even the basic professionalism to write a proper email. The most shocking part is that the Finland (Helsinki) office seems completely unaware of what’s happening on the ground. Either they are being misled with false data or they are simply ignoring the reality. The internal politics are so deep-rooted that instead of rewarding talent, they actively destroy the careers of skilled individuals. I personally received several LinkedIn messages from freshers who never got their joining dates, despite waiting for months or even years. Many of them had immense potential but lost hope because of the mental stress caused by this neglect. I eventually removed the company name from my profile. I will never include it in my CV again—it was the worst decision of my professional life to even associate with such an unethical organization. The Helsinki office needs to wake up and take immediate action. They must thoroughly investigate and completely overhaul the HR department and senior management in India.
