Experienced candidates are also given opportunities Management doesn’t pester about doing sales unlike other consulting companies Office politics is very less as everyone is tied to a client project No bench concept or very minimal resources in Bench Service management/ IT Helpdesk within the company are swift in action Nobody bothers/Nobody cares

Your fate is decided by the client directly not by Luxoft management. If it happens to be an undesirable client, LIFE IS HELL. Even if the client abuses you verbally, the management will only protect the billing not you, so, better please the client from beginning than feel embarrrased for being stuck in the same project and face compounding worst consequences, still you will be tied to the same project for billing reasons and nobody but you need to find the door to exit. All of the above can happen to any experienced folks - 5, 10, 15, or even management people(if they are in billing)....Read More

No space for skill development. Nobody really cares. No work-life balance, if you are in a project, you are expected to work atleast for 13 hours a day. And many a times, you are required to work on weekends as well. No hike was given for 2 years. They did provide hike recently but due to unavailability of projects, they have asked many of us to leave. So no job security at all. Managers are snakes. Forget about promotions. no team outing or lunch or anything....Read More
