- Job Security, company doesn't fire people on bench even when they've been there for months - Financial perks, specially for parents - 3-week Paternity Leave - Flexible Office Days - No minimum hours required for in-office days

- Projects are meh at best, very few of them actually provide learning opportunities - Non-technical managers, some of the worst in the industry - Way too much micromanagement in projects - No promotion for long term employees - No hikes for some people in the last 2 years (2023, 2024). Company keeps making excuses of business beingdown while their quarterly results paint a completely different picture - Those who do get hikes, their hikes are delayed by minimum 5-6 month WITHOUT arrears - Company forces to get multiple certifications in various technologies completely out of pocket, no reimbursement whatsoever. Even when they do get the budget for certifications, it is only for a handful of people, most of us end up paying out of pocket. - Work life balance depends on the manager and project - Managers with a WE-HAVE-TO-DO-IT attitude. Since the managers are mostly non-technical they bring nothing to the table expect micro-management, they just force us to work overtime in the name of customer satisfaction - Company conducts survey to see how the employees are doing. If you give negative reviews, instead of reaching out to you to find out why they instead go to your managers, who in turn makes up some excuses, rendering the whole process useless - Company has also moved the snacks timing to 6PM in the evening in the name of cost cutting...Read More

Dislikes

Nothing is good at all. Inside sales( they will hire you and tell everything good about you. After sometime they will start saying you are not comfortable with the system and not collaborating with team not even enthusiastic and being very silent on the weekly calls. Trust me they only talk shit in the meetings. They are all Spanishpeople they also tell in the meetings that they don’t know English still they are manager and leading the team. Please don’t join this company specially in sales and like client partner. Speaking shit about you with other team mates and they will fire you in 3 months and put you on PIP and give unrealistic target which you can’t even achieve in 1year. We Indians they hire us on less package and they play with our carer. Please I request don’t join this company. Globant is really bad company with bad people and all the Spain people will ruin your life....Read More
