During the beginning like in 2024 and early 2025 everything was good.

Everything is bad, the company culture, the management, the higher management, the client, every single entity is bad. They are so toxic, so toxic that every point, at every second, every minute they give threats that we will terminate you, we will gonna make you resign, like they are so toxic that the way of talking is very bad, the tone is not at all professional, they behave like, I don't know, they behave like something, machhi market or something, their culture, like in the beginning, the AI facility was good, was very good, but there is another section, that is data annotation, where they took people from the AI background, or the people from another background, and put in that disgusting video masking task, where you need to give your 100%, 200% to mask a video, where the videos are so blurry, and there are lots of frames, the work is very fatigue full, very tiring, and you have to spend the whole day by watching the screen, your head is gonna aching every day, at the end of the shift, your eye gets pain, and you might get some eye problem also, and after doing all those things, they are just screaming like KPIs, they are having multiple things like occupancy, utilization, MHD, AHD, they don't allow you to take break in between the 9 hour shift, no lunch break is allowed in the 9 hour shift, if you are taking then you have to compensate for that, and what not, the management is so toxic, that they are calling in between the work, and they are saying like why your work is not 100%, they are saying the quality is nothing, even 98% is nothing, if your precision score is not nothing, and they are docking the jobs for 1 to 2 little frames of inconsistency, I don't know what they are wanting, if you are giving your whole day in doing this nah, then also they will not get satisfied, nothing is good, they are too bad, at the beginning they said the movement is temporary, they will let you go after 1 to 2 months, and then after some days they are saying no one will let you go, we don't think you will get back to your previous projects, but we are not skilled for the video masking process, people who have good background in STEM, in life science, etc., they are also forced to do these kind of jobs, and it is very bad....Read More

It's a work from home that's the only goof thing but that's not really a perk, you will be asked to work beyond work hours as they will set daily target so high that you have to work overtime(unpaid) even unpaid weekend work. 2. Salary is low basically they are looking for IT Coolies who can work day in day out without extra payment. 3. Bootlickers will get promotions. 4. 1100-1400Inr increment per year that too they will increase in basic so after that pf and esic deduction will be increase so barely any affact on in-hand salary. 5. Mind you "HR works for the company, not for the employees" so no help in case of discrepancy. 6. Company deals in very short span Projects like even for 1 or 2 weeks duration project. Learning scope is next to none, you will even forget what you know or learned in previous employement. 7. Job security is not there, They do impulsive hirings and firings. If there client says more work is coming they will hire mindlessly and when the project finishes they fire people....Read More

They take the Interview Process very seriously and if you clear the interview they will send you the Salary Annexure and Letter of Intent. However this will not guarantee your job in this company. Once you receive your letter of intent, they will call you everyday and will force you to resign from your current company and once you resign and submit the proof of resignation to them. The company is overall good. Worklife balance was average. Managers, Team leaders and all employees were polite . Basically it was a satisfied job with average salary.

Dislikes

But there is no job security. They hired at very short term employment then there is no gurantee they will offer permanent job to you or not even if you worked very hard with dedication and give all the quality time to their work as priority.
