No job security, zero work life balance, Pathetic work, Toxic environment. I will recommend to don’t join this company, you will regret once you join this company. Apexon management push their employee to the client toxic work environment. one of the indian insurance client treat the employee like labour, atleast labour worked 8 to9 hr but client asking to work till 12 midnight. they will call in employee personal mobile to complete the task. 1. Client don’t have proper process of task management, they maintain the task in excel sheet. 2. Client always partiality between the Apexon employee and Client employee. 3. Client suddenly assign task and ask to complete in 1 hr without analysis and verifying the task. and later on change the requirement. 4. Client always demotivated the employee that you don’t know the silly things. Client employee have 15+ year experience and expect to work like them. 5. Client always watching your every movement, when you go out side for coffee, when you little bit late to come to office they ask their employee that where is that person does it’s showing online in teams. 6. Client escalate for each and every thing to the Apexon management. 7. If you don’t have any task in office and ask to client for the task they will not assign at that time and later they will escalate to Apexon that this person is not working on any task. We also discussed this issue to Apexon but nothing happened....Read More

Didn't get any salary increment yet. Using Percipio for learning platform which has very poor content. They had Laid-off freshers(3 of my friends) . Recently started mandatory 2 days a week WFO but no comments on salary increment. I joined as a fresher and everyone that I have met (except a few) always says "yaar Infostretch was much better this transition to Apexon has made things worse" No one I have met appreciates the change to Apexon. Here culture is very bad except salary you will not get anything, just just need slqve who can work sat sun and upto 11 pm, if you want to spoil your career then you can join, i had joined infostretch and letter it got merged into apexon and apexon is one of the worst company. Lots of politics in higher managemeng and manager too.

No work life bakance, no salary hike, bad infrastructure, bad management , client is very worst and humliate people all time, except salary you will not get anything.
