The management of the company seemed to be good excluding P&C Team, Because it is seen that he has no role in the company.Their only job is to listen to what the seniors say. People working at ground level have no value here, they have no guardian.

The dirtiest man I have ever seen is Mr. Anil Gadade, First action should be taken against the person who promoted him to manager Because in my five to six years of experience I have never seen such a dirty person. Only Manager and Director level peoples can work here, Because these people have so much monopoly here that it cannot be expressed in words, They act as if the company belongs to their father, Everything is in our hands, we will decide what to do. we will give importance to whoever follows us. Such an unqualified Director in finance is sitting on that post. No matter how smart the employee working under him is, his value is zero, I didn't want to leave the company but I got tired of the hassle and went away Maybe that's what those people want too. Because here it is confirmed that good people have no value. Because that person is so horrible in your place. Because no one should spoil the career of good peoples Because every employee has the responsibility of their family So they bear all the hardships in peace. Finally had to resign unwillingly. Because those peoples Manager and Director are so horrible. I was hired by Encora Technologies and deputed to T system in Malaysia as a Senior Database Administrator. Unfortunately, my time at the company was short cut, as I was terminated within just 3 months of joining. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication and transparency from both my team lead and HR. When I asked my team lead for an explanation regarding my sudden termination, he failed to provide proper reason. I reached out to HR via email for clarification, but they never responded to my inquiry. This left me in a difficult and uncertain position with no clear understanding of why I was let go. I am sharing my experience in the hope that others can avoid going through the same confusion and frustration. This sudden termination took me another 3 more years to get back to another job. So you can think how I would have felt in between 3 years without job. Lack of proper communication and transparency from management and HR can create unnecessary hardship. Encora Technologies was a parent company and T Systems was my client. When I got back to Encora Technologies for a proper reason, they didn't give any hope and tried to escape from me....Read More
