Very bad and unprofessional company. They buy awards to award themselves only. This company is a clients pet, very unprofessional HRs and project managers. Hire and fire policy, never ever think about employees satisfaction or their reviews. Being a technology company they manage everything on Excel sheets, irony isn't it? You need to fill out your attendance on Excel sheets and they boast themselves as a technology company. All public holidays are always optional which you can only avail once or twice in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Throughout my career, I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism and reliability. they do not adhere to the assurances they give, making the whole process frustrating and untrustworthy. The company seems stagnant, with little to no opportunities for career advancement or financial growth. There is no progress in terms of work or salary.
