Only the collegues are sober. Nothing else was good.

HR in this company are worst even managers are terrible. They force their employees to work for 10-12 hrs as they give so much of workload on their employees. HR make fake promises at the time of joining the company but when it comes to paying for that commitment then all the HR team refuse to give those benefits and they tell that might be there is some confusion or the company will think about giving those benefits. The senior higher staff thought themselves as govt employees and don't think about the new joiners. The managers overburden the associates and force them to work more. But the company only pays for 8 hrs working. They hire doctors but don't treat doctors as a doctor. They sometimes compell you to work on Saturdays and Sundays....Read More

Rule,policy changes at any time, which makes employe to discomfort to stay here, and some managers don’t know how to treat a human being. They thinks employes are machines. Work pressure is very heavy. Sometimes weekends are mandatory to work due to some managers benefits.

Learning is very limited. A lot of work pressure; For 9 hours job, we had to work for 11-12 hours . Incentive schemes are worse in my project and they don't give incentives on time. Not at all satisfactory yearly increment.

Work life balance sucks, there's too much work load and managers don't co-operate with employees. Management at senior level sucks, management doesn't know what they're doing to the company, losing projects and everything only because management sucks. Lots of undeserving senior employees who don't do their work properly. The only cooperative part of the company is HR. Payment was regular. But only bootlickers and undeserving people get promoted because seniors knows that's how they have achieved their position in same way...Read More
