When we talk about "dislike" for this company. There are multiple things as: There is no professional growth, there is less learning, there is less appraisal, it does not matter weather you work hard/dedication or not, you will not get justify. The company expectation from the employee is that they can take/demand for multiple work from the employee, it does not matter the work or interest belongs to the employee or not, (I mean to say, i.e, if you are a JAVA developer then you may have to work on front end or designing part also, or if you are a web/UI designer developer then you may have to also work on JAVA/Testing/PPT/Documentations etc. or other back-end related development work,) you have to always mentally prepared to do any kind of development related work. you will never ask for your interest....Read More
