Everything..! No promotions, low appraisals, They will send you to client site and there you will be treated as labour. Even if you do have a rich experience, you will be treated as client's slave. After you join client site, Qualitest will not care about you at all, They only need billing doesn't matter how their employee is being treated at client's location. They will not let you buyout notice period even is it is mentioned in your apointment letter, just because they will loss there billing from client site. Manager will give rating to the employees who are his friends, your performance will not be evaluated. They don't know what work you are doing at client and how is your performance....Read More

Only one thing is good salary credit on time. Flexible time Monday to Friday

Dislikes

There is no plans for employees if one project is gone there is no option for employees if a project is gone and the team is of 10 employees there is only 2 employees have option for switching the project there is no security . Some high authority use wrong use of power some people show they are only genius no planing for delivery things I'm not happy.

Nothing it is just service company, small size growing service providers, After joining I felt i degraded myself. Managers don't consider when you joined or what your skills and what you are doing.

Dislikes

Simply put into some project with skill you are not trained. They will expect productivity from day one. Waste of time, look for some other options.
