Company with no job security, Managers don't have basic ethics and don't know how to give feedback to the individual. They also don't have the knowledge to resolve the issues . Many people don't have required skill sets but still are burden to the organization due to interviewer. 6 month fresher sometime take the interview as old resource don't give slots 😄.
