Very bad management, Emergency fund you will get 5 days later if requested. FNF will take time and very mismanagement between different management teams. Very low salary as compare to roles and responsibility and also very less hike except 2 years completion hike if joined from fresher.

Only the interview process went well—three rounds of interviews, one with SLK and two with WorldPay. However, all other processes also went smoothly apart from the work itself.

Dislikes

I deployed to Worldpay for a fintech project just a month after the complete system setup. Both managers were constantly tracking my user stories, requesting updates, and putting pressure on me to complete all my tasks. We had to provide updates separately to both companies, complete mandatory banking courses, fill out 3 separate timesheets & 1 tacker, and handle additional status reports and other requirements. On top of that, it was a stressful job. As the lead developer, I had to work even on every Saturdays and Sundays to complete all user stories—an almost impossible task for anyone. Additionally, there was no team collaboration, and colleagues would shift blame for their failure to deliver, leading to excessive discussions.
