1. Sometimes employees get sandwiched in the decision making for the projects and requirement between Tieto Évry Architects and our client. 2. Some of the highly experienced employees are not aware of the concepts which cannot be supportive at times when needed help. When little experience employees help them, they won't even consider that as help and will not show case it that they received that help, which can be like a showoff 3. Some managers are really toxic, when it comes to work, they keep asking about the updates on the project every now and then even there are like 2-3 daily standup updates that will be given every day....Read More
