Considering my 2 years of working experience in Tietoevry, I thoroughly enjoyed working here. The positive culture and supportive environment fostered both personal and professional growth. I experienced a high level of work satisfaction and appreciated the ample opportunities to work with the latest tech stack.

Dislikes

While my overall experience working here has been positive, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product.
