TietoEvry is a great company with a strong foundation, but concerns are emerging regarding the work culture due to certain management practices. Favoritism and partiality within higher management seem to be impacting fairness and professional growth. Additionally, some managers are reportedly hiring their spouses, which is contributing to a sense of imbalance and fostering a less transparent work environment.
