Some seniors those are not themselves good at technical those are spreading negativity because of new joiners getting good package than they have. Because of that they are giving bad feedback to the manager even though you had crack all rounds of interviews which are actually tough.

Likes

Teammates, Job Security, Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Work Environment, Open Source Culture and Work-Life Balance are the aspects that I like the most about Tieto. Also, I like its Matrix organization structure.

Dislikes

Its office infrastructure and admin services in Pune location. Washrooms are awful. Less Work. Less opportunities to learn and grow. Less challenging work.

...rtive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

- Underestimating Female colleagues, they offer very less opportunities to female as compared to male. For them Female colleagues are hired for designing though they are full stack developer - No training provided
