Opensource development, Sharing of knowledge with Software engineering community. Adaption and Implementation of great software engineering practices, coding disciplines.

Dislikes

Lack of structured plan when Organization was growing at a faster pace. Leadership steer needs to be fine tuned to a great extent to enable the place employee's best choice to work.

Likes

It was great three years back when I joined here. There are some amazing peers who are tenured Thoughtworkers from whom we can learn a lot.

Dislikes

The culture diluted a lot after IPO. It's a shell of the company that it was. No job security, no proper hikes matching the market and the projects are not that good.
