Everything was fine except for the workload. But what is going on in the department right now is unbelievable.

Changes are currently underway in the company, But while these changes were taking place, the company did not give any thought to it, nor did it hold any individual discussions. My overall work experience in life is different. But they dumped me in another department without any thought. I think this will definitely affect everyone's careers. They have given my work role to someone who has nothing to do with that work. There seems to be a lot of politics going on here. And the new team is being staffed with people who have nothing to do with that work.. Worst management, micromanages. No job security. if you are billable, you are saved, or else your notice period will be starting. Company lost the vision.
