Last minute updates, such as getting emails on 2nd week of December to reimburse for parties (with annual budget) with a deadline of 31st December. POCs asking for the same details every quarter. Admin team not able to send diwali gifts to each individuals, rather sending them to one employee and creating a hassle for the latter.
