I would like to raise some concerns regarding the recent appraisal process and the overall structure of salary and benefits. Firstly, the appraisal felt lacking in transparency and clarity. There was little communication about the specific criteria used for evaluation, and as a result, it was difficult to understand how certain decisions were made. This lack of clear guidelines has left me feeling undervalued and uncertain about my growth within the company. Additionally, the compensation and benefits package does not seem competitive compared to industry standards. Overall performance evaluation metrics needs to be reviewed. The process is pretty complex and not relative to each and every project. They are pretty demanding and particular in various weekly/ monthly work related documentation which is very time consuming and manual effort work, not efficient at all.

Huge Delay in apraisal 10 month min some time more and higher job band took two years in apraisal.

Huge delay in appraisal process 10 month is minimum sometime take more than if job band is higher then it will take 2 years in the apraisal.

It was a great opportunity to work here. If I talk from starting in the company then it is a complete package of learning. It starts with complete generic training and then the project-based training combined for 5-6 months. HRs are very supportive even in the time of Covid company has there owned support system to help the employees. HR plans whole month activities to keep the entertaining the employees even at their home. Job security is at its best as I never heard if anyone is laid off by the company even in times of pandemic.
