We're looking for a QA Manager who can take ownership of the entire QA strategy for our Key tool - a suite of next-gen products transforming the way businesses operate.

What You'll Do :

- Establish and implement a scalable QA strategy across all Org40Now applications, ensuring quality is integrated into every release.

- Define and maintain QA standards, best practices, and processes.

- Maximize test automation coverage across all testing phases (functional, regression, performance, security).

- Evaluate and implement new test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).

- Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks.

- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test suites to ensure thorough testing of all application functionalities.

- Analyze test coverage reports and identify areas for improvement.

- Identify, evaluate, and implement QA tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity (test management tools, defect tracking systems).

- Monitor and optimize the performance of QA tools and infrastructure.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, operations) to ensure smooth product delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior QA team members.

- Foster a culture of quality within the organization.

What We're Looking For :

- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on building and leading QA teams and processes.

- A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

- A data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze test results and identify trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong understanding of test automation principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).

- Experience with API testing and performance testing.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (STLC).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Passion for staying updated with the latest QA trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
