Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Performance/Functional Testing (4-6 yrs)

Position Overview :

The Senior QA Engineer will take on a leadership role in testing and validating the performance of our website, landing pages, CRM, integrations, referral campaigns, and loyalty programs. You will work closely with development teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all web and CRM platforms while also mentoring junior QAs and driving testing best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy & Planning :

- Define the overall testing strategy, including test plans and timelines for multiple projects (website, CRM, referral campaigns, etc.).

- Lead the creation of comprehensive test cases, including functional, integration, and performance tests.

- Work with cross-functional teams (development, product, marketing) to ensure all features are thoroughly tested before deployment.

Website & Landing Page Testing :

- Oversee and perform testing on website and landing page functionality, ensuring all aspects (e.g., forms, CTAs, visuals, and interactive elements) meet expectations.

- Review performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in page speed and responsiveness.

CRM and Integration Testing :

- Test advanced CRM functionalities, including automated workflows, customer interactions, and integration with other tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, payment gateways).

- Lead the integration testing efforts between CRM systems and external applications to ensure data flows correctly.

Referral Campaigns and Loyalty Programs :

- Ensure that referral campaigns function properly, from user sign-up through referral tracking and reward issuance.

- Lead testing for loyalty programs, ensuring accurate tracking, reward generation, and customer segmentation.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor junior QA engineers, conducting code reviews and providing feedback.

- Collaborate with the QA manager to identify areas for process improvement and automation opportunities.

Automation :

- Drive the development and implementation of automated test scripts for repetitive testing tasks.

- Evaluate and improve automation testing practices to increase efficiency.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a strong background in web testing, CRM validation, and system integrations.

- Proven experience in leading a QA team and defining test strategies.

- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.

- Strong knowledge of Jira, TestRail, and Postman for API testing.

- Deep understanding of web performance optimization, integration testing, and CRM systems.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
